The Halifax Art Society's meeting on Thursday 24th June was well attended and Dean Clough artist Jake Attree started his demonstration with a talk about his sketch book. The method used for each drawing was explained and some came with an amusing tale. Jake went on to illustrate his unusual style by drawing a picture of Dean Clough and North Bridge. Although time did not allow Jake to finish the picture, an intriguing and unique drawing appeared. We are all grateful for his intuitive and valuable advice. |  |
